Description
Each of the three screens has an embedded computer which runs software that creates the image. This software layers two sources: scrolling text and live feeds from network video cameras. The screens act as digital mirrors, showing the silhouettes of people as they pass by.
The installation can be controlled and configured over the internet, allowing different display modes and text files to be displayed; the big screen at the front of the lobby currently scrolls the entire text of the constitution and the Gettysburg address, while the two smaller screens display the building's address.
